The core idea for the WEB conference is that Education and Empowerment in employment and business are inextricably linked. The speakers are from an international community of prominent, female business women and traditional educators each having contemporary global educational strategies as well as inspirational personal stories of success and resilience. It will provide a platform for young and mature women to network and to be exposed to new insights and knowledge for their personal and professional growth and development, and ultimately their professional growth and development of their respective organisations and nation as a whole.
